Semi-Power P-Channel MOSFET: SSM3J325F

In notebook PCs, MOSFET devices measuring 3 × 3 mm are commonly used. Generally, a notebook PC is populated with two to four P-channel MOSFET devices with an ON-resistance (RON) of approx. 150 mΩ max @ VGS = 2.5 V. To meet this need, Toshiba has released a low-RON P-channel MOSFET device in the SOT-346 package measuring 2.9 × 2.5 × 1.1 mm, which is fabricated using a new process. The new device is ideal for use as a power management switch in notebook PCs.
