N-Channel MOSFET for Muting Applications: SSM6N42FE
MOSFETs for muting applications are used not only for digital audio players, but also for DSCs and game consoles. Toshiba has now released a MOSFET that exhibits lower On-resistance than that of its predecessors. Apart from the conventional use of its predecessors, the SSM6N42FE can also be used for cell-phone muting.
