Latest-Generation Power MOSFETs for Synchronous Rectification DC-DC Converters: U-MOS VI-H Series (VDSS=30V)

Toshiba has developed power MOSFETs using the latest-generation process technology to improve the power efficiency and reduce the size of the synchronous rectification DC-DC converters suitable for the notebook PCs, servers and on-board power supplies.

Features

  1. Sixth-generation low-withstand-voltage trench structure combines low ON-resistance and high-speed switching.
  2. Low internal gate resistance and low gate capacitance ratio (Cgd/Cgs) help reduce the amount of self turn-on loss.
