Latest-Generation Power MOSFET for Synchronous DC-DC Converters UMOS VI-H1 : TPCA8028-H
Toshiba has developed a power MOSFET based on the latest-generation process to improve the power efficiency and reduce the size of synchronous rectification DC-DC converters used for notebook PCs, servers and on-board power supplies.
Features
- Sixth-generation low-withstand-voltage trench structure combines low ON-resistance and fast switching.
- Low gate resistance and low gate capacitance ratio (Cgd/Cgs) help reduce the amount of self turn-on loss.
