Quality Management System (ISO 9001)

In September 1992, Toshiba became the first company in Japan to obtain ISO 9001 certification for its Oita Operations. Since then Toshiba has been granted the same certification for its divisions, operations and affiliate companies in japan and overseas. (Details are indicated in Table 1.) Today, we continue to make every effort to improve through activities such as management reviews and internal quality audits.
