4-channel Thin General-purpose Transistor Couplers: TLP290-4, TLP291-4
The TLP290-4 and TLP291-4 are 4-channel output transistor couplers enclosed in the SOP16 package and feature guaranteed high-temperature operation (Ta = 110°C max).
The TLP290-4 and TLP291-4 are successors to the current models TLP280-4 and TLP281-4, respectively, and can easily replace these current models because their reference pad dimensions are the same as that of the SOP16 package used for the current models.Since these products are certified under UL, cUL, VDE, and other safety standards, they are ideal for applications for various FA devices including programmable controllers, inverters, and servo amplifiers.
