IGBT/MOSFET Gate Drive Coupler: TLP155
The TLP155 is an SO6-package IC coupler that can directly drive a small-capacity IGBT or power MOSFET. This product has higher input-output noise resistance than the TLP155E and guarantees common-mode transient immunity of 20 kV/μs (min). With a guaranteed propagation delay time of 200 ns and propagation delay skew of 85 ns, this product is suitable for digital home appliances such as plasma display panels (PDPs), which require high-speed switching. In addition, the mount area of the SO6 package is approximately one quarter of the DIP8 package (TLP351A). It can be used in a wide range of products including digital home appliances, industrial devices, large power sources, and control devices, and can contribute to a smaller set and to cost reduction.
