Surface-Mount High-Brightness LED Lamps: TLxF1100C Series
Five InGaN surface-mount high-brightness LED lamps are now available in PLCC-2 packages.
- Color; Chromaticity Coordinate; Dominant Wavelength; Luminous Intensity @Ta = 25°C, IF = 20 mA
- TLWF1100C: White; Cx/Cy (typ.) = 0.31/0.30; lV (typ.) = 1600 mcd
- TLWNF1100C: Natural white; Cx/Cy (typ.)=0.34/0.35, lV (typ.) = 1600 mcd
- TLWLF1100C: Warm white; Cx/Cy (typ.) = 0.44/0.40; lV (typ.) = 1160 mcd
- TLBF1100C: Blue; λd (typ.) = 470 nm; lV (typ.) = 300 mcd
- TLEGF1100C: Green; λd (typ.) = 528 nm; lV (typ.) = 700 mcd

Features
- Color variations: Daylight white, neutral white, bulb white, blue, green
- High brightness: More than five times brighter compared to the TLxD1100B Series.
- Reduced luminous intensity variation: IV (max) is 2.0 to 2.5 times the lV (min) (@Ta = 25°C, IF = 20 mA)
- RoHS-compatible
- Suitable for applications that require high brightness at high temperatures

Precautions
- The TLWF1100C, TLWNF1100C, TLWLF1100C, TLBF1100C and TLEGF1100C are sensitive to electrostatic discharge and should be handled with care. The TLWF1100C, TLWNF1100C, TLWLF1100C, TLBF1100C and TLEGF1100C are exposed to an overvoltage condition, they may be damaged (or permanently destroyed) by their energy. Be sure to take measures to protect against the ESD and surge events.
- Since the TLWF1100C, TLWNF1100C, TLWLF1100C, TLBF1100C and TLEGF1100C are intended to be used for display lighting, the measurement standard is based on the sensitivity of the human eye. It is not intended to be used for applications other than display lighting (e.g.., sensors and optical communication systems).
