Surface-Mount High-Brightness LED Lamps for Automotive Applications : TLGH1100B, TLFGH1100B, TLPGH1100B
Toshiba has released the TLGH1100B, TLFGH1100B and TLPGH1100B, which are the high-brightness green-color version of the TLxE1100B Series and used for applications such as automotive backlighting sources, decorative lighting for amusement equipment and various backlighting sources.
The TLGH1100B, TLFGH1100B and TLPGH1100B respectively deliver approximately 1.5 times the luminous intensity than that of their predecessors in the TLxE1100B Series (@Ta = 25 °C, IF = 20 mA). The TLGH1100B, TLFGH1100B and TLPGH1100B are fabricated using a four-element compound (InGaAlP) and their respective colors are as follows:
- Green: GH (λd = 571 nm), FGH (λd = 565 nm)
- Pure green: PGH (λd = 558 nm)
These devices are offered in a PLCC2 package (3.2 × 2.8 × 1.9 mm).

- These LEDs also emit infrared light other than visible light. If a photo detector is located near these LED lamps, please ensure that it will not be affected by the infrared light.
- Since the TLGH1100B, TLFGH1100B and TLPGH1100B are intended to be used for display lighting, the measurement standard is based on the sensitivity of the human eye. It is not intended to be used for other applications other than display lighting (i.e., sensors and light communication systems).
