Surface-Mount High-Brightness LED Lamps for Automotive Applications : TLxF1050 and TLxF1052 Series

Toshiba has released surface-mount high-brightness LEDs with a colorless transparent lens, TLxF1050 and TLxF1052 Series, which achieve high reliability and are used for automotive backlighting.

The TLxF1050 Series is available in a package with a Φ3.6 mm perfectly-circular lens while the TLxF1052 Series is available in a package with a 3.6 × 4.4 mm oval lens.

Each series offers seven InGaAlP LED lamps in red, orange, yellow and green.

Precautions
  • These LEDs also emit infrared light other than visible light. If a photo detector is located near these LED lamps, please ensure that it will not be affected by the infrared light.
  • Since the TLxF1050 and TLxF1052 Series is intended to be used for display lighting, the measurement standard is based on the sensitivity of the human eye. It is not intended to be used for other applications other than display lighting (i.e., sensors and light communication systems).
