Low-End Phototransistor Couplers : TLP781 / TLP781F

Toshiba has newly released the TLP781, which is a standard and low-end photocoupler with transistor output. Since the TLP781 offers high isolation voltage of 5000 Vrms AC (min), it is suitable for a wide variety of applications such as switching power supplies, home appliances, office automation equipment, solid state relays, various controllers and signal transmission systems. Toshiba has also released the TLP781F, which is housed in a wide lead forming variant.
