High-Speed IC Photocouplers : TLP117 / TLP2066

In addition to the conventional TLP116, Toshiba introduces a high-speed photocoupler, TLP117 (50 Mb/s), and also a low-voltage photocoupler, TLP2066 (20 Mb/s, VCC = 3.3 V). The totem-pole output configuration of the TLP117 and TLP2066 makes bidirectional drive for the sink and source possible. The maximum operating temperature is 100°C for TLP2066 and 105°C for TLP117, allowing them to be used in various applications such as plasma displays, measuring instruments, control equipment and factory automations.
