- 30 - 39: 6 Pin
- 40 - 49: Thyristor output
- 50 - 59: IC output
- 60 - 69: Triac output
- 70 - 79: Darlington Transistor output
- 80 - 89: Transistor output
- 90 - 99: MOSFET output / Photo voltaic output
- Withstand voltage level, etc.
