Reinforced Insulation Category High Collector Voltage Transistor Coupler: TLP188

The TLP188 is a photo transistor coupler that guarantees high temperature operation (Ta = 110°C max.) and a
high collector voltage (VCEO) of 350V.
This product guarantees minimum creepage and clearance of 5mm and can be used at up to 707 Vpk of the
maximum permissible operating isolation voltage, which is specified in EN 60747-5-5. With a guaranteed internal
insulation thickness of 0.4mm, this product is compatible with the reinforced insulation category according
to overseas safety standards.

IGBT/MOSFET Gate Drive Photocoupler: TLP250H

The TLP250H is a DIP8-package IC coupler that can directly drive a middle-capacity IGBT or power
MOSFET. With a maximum propagation delay time of 500ns and a propagation delay skew between photocouplers of 150ns, and with such times being guaranteed in the operating temperature range, this product helps reduce dead time and improve efficiency in inverter circuits.
