Answer

Toshiba provides the ROM On Demand (ROD) system for submitting ROM data via the Internet. To use the ROD system, prior registration is required for each order. For more information, contact your local Toshiba sales representative.

Registration Procedure

When you Receive Your ID and Password

Check the customer name, ID and password. You will need the ID and password for submitting ROM data. Please keep them safe from loss. A unique ID and password are issued for each order to be placed on the ROD system.

1. Access the specified URL.
2. Enter the specified ID and password and click the log-in button.
3. Check the displayed customer information.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions for submitting ROM data.
5. The completed ES order sheet is displayed for final confirmation. Please keep a copy of this screen.
6. Double-check the contents of the ES order sheet. If everything is correct, click the [Go!] button to start ES production.

After you have placed an order, your local Toshiba sales representative will contact you for confirming your order.

Note: The data to be transmitted via the ROD website is protected by SSL encryption to prevent any unauthorized access or tampering. Please note that you may not be able to access the ROD website if your browser does not support SSL or a firewall is active.
