Toshiba's ARM Core-Based Microcontroller
- Toshiba's ARM Core-Based Microcontrollers
- Toshiba offers application specific standard products (ASSPs) based on ARM's Cortex™-M3 core featuring high performance, enhanced code density and low power consumption and incorporating Toshiba's proprietary low-power NANO FLASH™.
- Toshiba has adopted the high-performance ARM926EJ-S™ core and the low-cost ARM Cortrex-M3 core to offer an extensive lineup of microcontrollers, supporting a wide range of applications conventionally realized with 8-bit to 32-bit microcontrollers.
- We are planning to extend the family of ARM core-based microcontrollers to support a wide range of applications, including digital TVs, digital audio, motor applications, electric kitchen appliances, electric home appliances, industrial equipment, OA equipment and automotive.
