General-Purpose Logic IC TC74VHC Series: TC74VHCV373FT/FK, TC74VHCV374FT/FK, TC74VHCV573FT/FK, TC74VHCV574FT/FK
The TC74VHC line includes a total of 84 products, including the TC74VHC, TC74VHCT, and TC74VHC9xxx series. In conjunction with the expansion of the TC74VHCV series, we have added a lineup of four products featuring a latch/flip-flop function (TC74VHCV373, TC74VHCV374, TC74VHCV573, and TC74VHCV574).

Features
- Interface between different power supplies can be easily realized with the power down protection function in both the input and output sections.
- Stable operation can be achieved with the Schmitt trigger function in each input pin.
- Large fan-out characteristic at 16 mA output current.
- Since the minimum operating power supply voltage is guaranteed at 1.8 V, it is possible to design boards with margins.
- The footprint of the US package has been reduced to 50% of that of the TSSOP package.
