Standard Logic IC Octal D-Type Flip-Flops with Clear: TC74VHC9273P/FT/FK, TC74VHCT9273P/FT/FK
The TC74VHC9273P/FT/FK and TC74VHCT9273P/FT/FK have the same functionality as that of the TC74HC/AC/VHC/F/ALS/LS273 Series devices. In order to provide the IC with flexibility in its board layout, the D pins are positioned on one side so that each of which are parallel to the corresponding Q pin on the other side. The CLR and the CK input pins employ Schmitt-trigger inputs that make the TC74VHC9273P/FT/FK and TC74VHCT9273P/FT/FK suitable for interfacing between systems with long transmission lines and for bus interfacing of slowlychanging signals.
The TC74VHC9273P/FT/FK are CMOS octal D-type flip-flops that can serve as a 5-V to 3-V shifter, and the TC74VHCT9273P/FT/FK are TTL octal D-type flip-flops that can also serve as a 3-V to 5-V shifter.
