Low-Voltage, Low-Capacitance Bus Switch Series: TC7MBL/WBL/SBLxxxxC

As the amount of data that digital information appliances deal with increases, high-speed data processing is becoming an essential requirement. To speed up data transfers, reducing the capacitive and resistive circuit components is important.
The TC7MBLxxxxC, TC7WBLxxxxC and TC7SBLxxxxC bus switches are fabricated using the state-of-the-art process technology to reduce switch pin capacitances compared to their predecessors. With lower pin capacitances, these bus switches provide faster rise and fall times for digital signals, permitting high-speed bidirectional bus switching and isolation. The TC7MBLxxxxC, TC7WBLxxxxC and TC7SBLxxxxC Series are available in 8/4/2/1-bit SPST, 4-bit SPDT and 2-bit SP4T configurations.
