Dual-Supply 1-Bit Bus Switches: TC7SPB9306TU,TC7SPB9307TU
In recent years, the operating voltage of key LSI chips is getting lower and lower to meet the system requirements to reduce product size, improve performance and cut power consumption. However, not all components are available in low-voltage versions. Thus, voltage translation is required to interface between different voltage domains.
In addition to the existing 8-bit and 2-bit versions, Toshiba has released the TC7SPB9306TU and TC7SPB9307TU dual-supply 1-bit bus switches which provide bidirectional interfacing between two voltage domains.
Features
- Bidirectional interfacing between VCCA (1.65 V to 5.0 V) and VCCB (2.3 V to 5.5 V) (See the application circuit diagram.)
- Provides bidirectional interfacing without a DIR pin, which is normally required for this purpose.
- Output Enable (OE) pin (Active-High on TC7SPB9306; Active-Low on TC7SPB9307)
- Available in the UF6 leaded, surface-mount package
