As for the power supply voltage, TC74VCX/LCX/LVX/VHC series for 3V,TC74VHC/AC/HC series for 5V,TC4000 / 4500 series for 5 to 15V are available.
Types whose input is LVTTL level (VIH/L=2.0 / 0.8V) are available for both 5V and 3V.
