Ultrasmall package 200 mA CMOS-LDO (Single): TCR4SxxWBG Series
Requiring only a 0.63 mm2 mounting area, this product is ideal for applications requiring high-density packaging such as mobile phones. The voltage-clamp type output voltage can be set between 1.2 V and 3.6 V in increments of 50mV.We are currently developing a product that has a built-in auto-discharge function for the TCR4SxxDWBG series.

- Low drop-out voltage (VIN − VOUT = 90mV (typ.) @ TCR4S25WBG/DWBG, IOUT = 50mA)
- High ripple compression (R.R. = 80dB (typ.) @ IOUT = 10mA, f =1 kHz)
- Low output noise voltage (VNO = 30μVrms (typ.) @ TCR4S25WBG/DWBG, IOUT = 10mA, 10Hz < f < 100kHz)
- Built-in overcurrent protection circuit
- Ceramic capacitors (CIN = 0.1μF, COUT = 1.0μF) can be used.
- Ultrasmall package WCSP (0.79mm × 0.79mm × 0.50mm)
