CMOS Comparators in New Packages: TC75S56FC, TC75S58AFC, TC75S59AFC

Toshiba has launched the TC75S56FC, TC75S58AFC and TC75S59AFC CMOS comparators in an ultra-small new package, CST6C, which has metal contacts on the bottom of the package. The CMOS comparators have been widely used for cell phone and digital audio player applications.
The CST6C package occupies 33% less board space than the ESV package.
