TB62215AFG/AFTG/AFNG: Stepping Motor Driver with W1-2-Phase Excitation Support
Fabricated with the BiCD process, the TB62215AFG/AFTG/AFNG features maximum ratings of 40 V and 3.0 A and contains a clock-in decoder. The TB62215AFG/AFTG/AFNG incorporates a voltage regulator for logic power supply, allowing single-voltage (VM) operation.The TB62215AFG/AFTG/AFNG is a new stepping motor driver that is functionally and pin-compatible with the TB62214AFG/AFTG/AFNG.
