Fabricated with the BiCD process, the TB62213FG/FTG/FNG features maximum ratings of 40 V and 3.0 A. The TB62213FG/FTG/FNG is controlled via phase inputs and incorporates a voltage regulator for logic power supply, allowing single-voltage (VM) operation. The TB62213FG/FTG/FNG is a new stepping motor driver that is functionally and pin-compatible with the TB62218FG/FTG/FNG.
