Fabricated with the BiCD process, the TB62213AFG/AFTG/AFNG features maximum ratings of 40 V and 3.0 A. The TB62213AFG/AFTG/AFNG is controlled via phase inputs and incorporates a voltage regulator for logic power supply, allowing single-voltage (VM) operation. The TB62213AFG/AFTG/AFNG is a new stepping motor driver that is functionally and pin-compatible with the TB62218AFG/AFTG/AFNG.
