TB62218AFG/AFTG/AFNG : Stepping Motor Driver with W1-2-Phase Excitation Support

Fabricated on the BiCD process, the TB62218AFG/AFTG/AFNG features maximum ratings of 40 V and 2.0 A. The TB62218AFG/AFTG/AFNG is controlled via phase inputs and incorporates a voltage regulator for logic power supply, allowing single voltage (V_M) operation.
