Fabricated on the BiCD process, the TB62214AFG/AFTG/AFNG features maximum ratings of 40 V and 2.0 A and contains a clock-in decoder. The TB62214AFG/AFTG/AFNG incorporates a voltage regulator for logic power supply, allowing single voltage (V_M) operation.
