TB6613FTG: 8-Channel Motor Driver IC for a Digital Still Camera (DSC)
The TB6613FTG is a DC motor driver IC using low-ON-resistance LDMOS transistors at the output stage.
It incorporates five channels of constant-current H-bridge drivers for PWM chopping current control, four of which can be used to control up to two microstepping motors. This makes the TB6593FTG an ideal solution for various lens actuators of digital cameras and the like. Each driver is individually programmable through a three-wire serial interface, which minimizes the number of interconnections between the controller and the TB6613FTG.
