LED Display Drivers
Toshiba's LED display drivers embody innovative, proprietary solutions that enable high-speed serial data input, high current capacity, high LED current accuracy and fast output switching. Some feature-rich LED display drivers also provide output error detection, current gain control and PWM dimming functions.

LED Driver for LED Displays: TB62747AFG/AFNG/AFNAG/BFNAG
The TB62747 is a 16-channel constant-current sink LED driver ideal for LED module and full-color LED display applications. Fabricated using a Bi-CMOS process, the TB62747 features a maximum rated output voltage of 26 V and a data transfer rate as high as 25 MHz. The TB62747 provides a significantly improved constant-current accuracy over its predecessor, ±1.5% between outputs and between different devices.
