Intelligent Power Devices: TPD4135K, TPD4135AK
The TPD4135K/AK are the motor driver ICs rated at 500 V/3 A and housed in a DIP26 package. They are made from their predecessors by Toshiba, being optimized in their input threshold voltages so as to become compatible with 5-V drive microcontrollers. (
