- Demodulation IC for Digital Terrestrial Receiver Applications:TC90527FG/TC90527WBG
-

Toshiba has started sampling of a new demodulation IC designed for digital terrestrial receiver applications. ( 04 Nov, 2010 )
More » - Shock Sensor Amplifier ICs
-
Shock sensor amplifiers are analog ICs that convert electric charge generated by a shock sensor into a voltage signal. They contain a high-impedance circuit to amplify low-frequency signals efficiently. The sensor/amplifier combinations allow a system to either stop the write operation or include a feed-forward operation to compensate for excessive shock and continue operation. ( 02 Jul, 2010 )

-
The TC90708FNG/FLG can be added to existing HDMI 1.3 systems to provide the HDMI Ethernet and Audio Return Channel (HEAC), HEC and ARC functions. ( 14 Apr, 2010 )
More » - TC90514:4+1 Branch Demodulation and Error Correction IC for Digital Terrestrial Television Receivers
-
The TC90514 complies with ISDB-T standards for digital terrestrial TV systems and contains a set of four OFDM demodulators with up to four-branch diversity and error correction circuits. ( 02 Mar, 2010 )
More » - OFDM Demodulation and Error Correction IC for Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting Diversity Reception
-
The TC90504 complies with ISDB-T standards for digital terrestrial TV systems. This single-chip IC performs OFDM demodulation and error correction for diversity reception, which makes it especially suitable for use in mobile reception. Containing four AD converters and FET demodulators, the TC90504 provides up to four-branch maximum ratio combining diversity. It further provides an MPEG-2 transport stream (TS) output that is demodulated and error-corrected using diversity combining schemes. The TC90504 also supports all the transmission modes and parameters of digital terrestrial TV broadcasting. ( 26 Feb, 2010 )
More » - TC90517:OFDM Demodulation/Error Correction IC for ISDB-T Receivers
-
The TC90517 is an OFDM demodulation/error correction IC for digital receivers adapted to Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting-Terrestrial Television Broadcasting (ISDB-T).
The TC90517 accepts an IQ baseband signal, a low-IF signal or a direct-IF OFDM signal, and provides a demodulated and error-corrected MPEG-2 transport stream (TS) output.
The TC90517 supports all transmission modes and parameters for terrestrial digital TV broadcasting and is also capable of demodulation and error correction of a terrestrial digital sound broadcasting.
Additionally, the TC90517 contains a multipath interference canceller for suppressing long delay pre-echo and post-echo outside the guard interval in a single-frequency network (SFN) environment.
The excellent reception performance and low power consumption of the TC90517 make it an ideal solution for the receivers of evolving digital televisions, DVD recorders and Set-Top-Boxes. ( 26 Feb, 2010 )
More » - TC90541:OFDM Demodulation and Error Correction IC for ISDB-T One-Segment Receivers
-

Fabricated using Toshiba's proprietary RFCMOS process, the TC90541 combines an RF tuner with an OFDM demodulation and error correction on a single chip. The TC90541 is specifically designed for ISDB-T one-segment receiver applications and conforms to ARIB STD-B31, a terrestrial digital television broadcasting standard.
The integrated unique interference detection unit allows the TC90541 to avoid radio waves that could interfere with ISDB-T reception, such as regular terrestrial TV waves. This allows for precise tuning of a desired frequency, which improves reception sensitivity and reduces power consumption. The TC90541 is offered in two types of packages to address a variety of needs for mobile devices: a standard WCSP suitable for on-board assembly and a thin WCSP that fits into a small tuner module. More » - TC90522/TC90532:Demodulation and Error Correction ICs for ISDB-S and ISDB-T
-

The TC90522 and TC90532 perform demodulation and error correction that conform to the digital satellite (ISDB-S) and terrestrial (ISDB-T) broadcasting standards. ( 26 Feb, 2010 )
