TC90517:OFDM Demodulation/Error Correction IC for ISDB-T Receivers
The TC90517 is an OFDM demodulation/error correction IC for digital receivers adapted to Integrated Services Digital Broadcasting-Terrestrial Television Broadcasting (ISDB-T).
The TC90517 accepts an IQ baseband signal, a low-IF signal or a direct-IF OFDM signal, and provides a demodulated and error-corrected MPEG-2 transport stream (TS) output.
The TC90517 supports all transmission modes and parameters for terrestrial digital TV broadcasting and is also capable of demodulation and error correction of a terrestrial digital sound broadcasting.
Additionally, the TC90517 contains a multipath interference canceller for suppressing long delay pre-echo and post-echo outside the guard interval in a single-frequency network (SFN) environment.
The excellent reception performance and low power consumption of the TC90517 make it an ideal solution for the receivers of evolving digital televisions, DVD recorders and Set-Top-Boxes.
