8-bit Microcontrollers for Automotive Motor Control
The TLCS-870/C1 8-bit microcontroller series is designed for high-reliability and extended temperature range operation. The integrated programmable motor driver (PMD) supports sensorless and sensored control of three-phase DC motors; inverter control of AC motors; and sine-wave commutation. The TLCS-870/C1 Series provides efficient and quiet operation of automotive motors.

Contains an improved version of PMD2 for easier motor control; various communication units and a power-on reset circuit. Making it ideal for automotive motor control.
