OFDM Demodulation and Error Correction IC for Digital Terrestrial Broadcasting Diversity Reception

The TC90504 complies with ISDB-T standards for digital terrestrial TV systems. This single-chip IC performs OFDM demodulation and error correction for diversity reception, which makes it especially suitable for use in mobile reception. Containing four AD converters and FET demodulators, the TC90504 provides up to four-branch maximum ratio combining diversity. It further provides an MPEG-2 transport stream (TS) output that is demodulated and error-corrected using diversity combining schemes.
