Rear View System

A rear-view system is a camera-vision-based system designed to reduce blind spots in the periphery of a vehicle. Not only does it display a camera image, it also corrects image distortion caused by a fisheye lens and draws guidelines and other information on the display.
The graphics accelerator in the TX4964XBG-120 features image correction using a transformation engine, rendering, and image rotation by a rotation engine. The embedded 4-Mbyte DRAM helps reduce system component count.

This is the block diagram of a rear-view system.
